is an expression that we show or say to express/give praise. Some people use compliments to “butter up” somebody or to flatter in order to increase good will.

Time to expressing compliment :
o On his/her general appearance.
o If you notice something new about the person’s appearance.
o When you visit someone’s house for the first time.
o When other people do their best.!ect

Advantages and disadvantages of UMB

Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is one private university in the province of Bengkulu. Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu stood under the auspices of the organization Muhammadiyah. university has eight faculties and has several advantages such as:

 first, the existence of this biology laboratory.biology laboratory for students majoring in biology in order to facilitate them in developing knowledge about boilogy. The second has a communication medium  Air Jazirah FM radio as a forum for students to develop talents in the field of broadcasting.
                Third, having faculty and KPI tarbiyah raise muhammadiyah bengkulu university grade. Fourth, an adequate library facilities. This library has a collection of thousands of good books of literature, Islamic religion, as well as information technology. and support with computer facilities for students who want to find books in the library.
                fifth, having lecturers who are professional enough good graduates in the country and abroad. Sixth, students have students who are critical of government policy, especially in the province of Bengkulu.

Muhammadiyah University also have weakness from corner quality ,facility and the others such as:

The first, service to students who are not maximal and fasility still a lot that has not been adequate. second, that access is very difficult because of the distance between the campus 1 and campus 2 so far for student. Third, the bureaucracy is not clear and seem convoluted convolution, and the absence of financial transparency campus.
                the fourth. lecturer at many teaching hours are lost to follow up with a variety of reasons. and kept on teaching during prayer time arrives. Fifth,no maximum  campus media. only controlled by the particular group. the sixth. lack of information on scholarships for students smarter or poor.
I expect this to be the evaluation of materials for teachers.!
